Adjust your ‘Preferences’ to see people you’re interested in, and consider expanding your distance settings to meet people outside of your area, and all over the world. You never know who you could have chemistry with!

Have fun, be yourself, and be open to meeting new people. At Hulah we’re all about personality and heart, so do yourself a favor and take a chance on someone you might usually not!

Make your profile as detailed as you can! Show pictures of yourself, your family, your friends, your dog, your hobbies etc; and make sure your first photo is the best representation of yourself.

1. Headshot - this will be other users' first impression of you, so make it something warm, friendly, and welcoming!
2. Full Body Shot - show off your favorite outfit, maybe it’s a suit or your best dress. People want to see what you’d look like if you were right in front of them!
3. A photo of you in your element - maybe you love hiking or scuba diving, this will show users your depth and give you plenty to talk about on your Video Date.
4. A photo of you with people you care about - Have you ever heard someone say, “You are who you surround yourself with”? Show users those special people around you, so they can see a glimpse of what you’re like.
5. A photo of you showing your caring side - I always say post a picture of pets because who doesn’t love to see those!? But, maybe it’s a niece or nephew instead. Whatever you choose, show users a glimpse of your loving side.

Make sure to be creative in your ‘Ask Me About’ section. Give detailed answers that will spark exciting and engaging conversations.
